Ingredients

    1.5 pounds lean ground beef
    1 cup 2% milk
    3/4 cup oats
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 black pepper
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup catsup

Directions

preheat oven to 350 f. Combine meat, milk, oats, egg, salt, worcestershire sauce and pepper, mix well. place in a loaf pan or mold into a loaf in a 13 by 9 pan. bake approx 30 minutes, spread catsup on top and , bake another 30 minutes till meat thermometer reads 160 f. let sit for approx 5 minutes, then serve. This is just a basic recipe, so you can add any other add ins you want
