Ingredients

    2 cups fresh broccoli crowns
    1 1/2 tbs evoo
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Directions

Toss broccoli crowns in olive oil, salt and lemon pepper. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes, turning about halfway through.

    I reduced the EVOO to 1Tbsp and mix with a little Butter Buds and water. (shake well then coat and toss with brocolli. Lightens up the calories just a bit.
