Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    1/4 c onion
    1/2 c broccolli, chopped
    4 cups bok choy

    3 large eggs
    1tsp dry basil
    25 green olives, chopped

    50grams old cheddar

Directions

oil in cast iron pan
fry the veggies until 1/2 cooked

mix eggs, basil and olives, pour over veg.
scrape and flip while cooking

cheese on top, broil until melted
