Introduction
This is my version of a Bisquick recipe. This is my version of a Bisquick recipe.Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

12 oz Roast beef sliced
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
2 large eggs
2 cups of 2% milk
4 cups Bisquick Heartsmart mix
5 tablespoons of Dried Sweet Basil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of Onion flakes
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
Mix Bisquick, eggs, milk and 3 tablespoons of basil together to make a batter. Pour half of batter in pan.
Layer the roast beef and 1/2 of the swiss cheese on top of the batter in the pan. Pour remaining batter on top of roast beef and swiss layer. Top the batter with remaining basil, garlic, and onion flakes. Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Check doneness and sprinkle remander of swiss cheese on top of the crust. Bake 5 to 10 minutes to let the cheese melt. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with barbeque or mustard on the side.
