1 lb Spaghetti Squash
1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
1 tsp. Olive Oil
Directions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Cut spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds/flesh and place in boiling water. Simmer for 20 minutes. Take squash out of water and use fork to pull apart and make "noodles." Put "noodles" back in pot with olive oil and parmesean cheese. Mix to combine, serve immediately.
