Introduction

Yummy Soup for any time of year! Yummy Soup for any time of year!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 29 oz. can diced tomatoes
    2 14 oz. can great northern beans
    1 14 oz. can chopped spinach, drained
    2 14 oz. can chicken broth
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    3 c. water
    1 T. garlic, minced
    1 t. parsley
    1 t. garlic powder
    1/2 t. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of basil
    1/2 lb. ditalini pasta

Directions

Combine everything in large pot except pasta. Bring to a boil, simmer for 40 minutes, covered. Add pasta and cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. For extra flavor add parmessan or mozerella cheese on top after serving. You can also add 8 strips of bacon, cooked to this recipe.
