Ingredients

    1/2 box of Heartland Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    2 -10 3/4 oz. cans of Campbell's Healthy Choice, Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 tsp. Oregano
    3 Uncooked, frozen Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)
    1 14 oz can of Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/Basil, Garlic & Oregano
    1-16 oz. bag of Great Value Frozen Sweet Peas
    4 oz Velveeta (2% milk), cubed
    2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Cook Chicken Breasts until completely cooked through and boil spaghetti noodles until tender. Shred chicken and combine with soup, garlic powder, oregano, cooked spaghetti, diced tomatoes, peas and mozzarella*, mix well. Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to 1/2 cup of water, melt mixture in microwave. Add to spaghetti mixture. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until completely warm through.


*If desired, reserve some of the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle over the top 5 minutes before the casserole is due to come out of the oven and return to the oven.


Makes 6 Servings


Serve with side salad and whole wheat dinner roll.
