Introduction

I changed this recipe to cut back on the calories and fat, just a little. If you don't have coffee powder, you can use finely ground coffee. Mix and match pudding and coffee flavors for variety. To cut even more calories, make your own graham cracker crust (this crust alone is 100 cals per serving)

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups cold milk
    2 tbsps hazelnut flavor instant coffee powder
    1 (4 serving size) cheesecake flavor instant pudding fat free and sugar free
    1 (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding fat free and sugar free
    1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
    1 chocolate pie crust (Keebler)

Directions

1. In a large bowl whisk together milk and coffee powder. Add pudding mix. Beat with whisk fir 1 minute. Mixture will be thick. Whisk in half of the whipped topping.

2. Spread in crust. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve or serve immediately.
