Ingredients

(multiply quantities by 5 to make a big batch)
1 cup rolled oats
0.5 cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped
0.25 cup mixed seeds
1.5 tbsp ground flax
0.75 tsp cinnamon
0.25 tsp ground ginger
0.25 cup applesauce, unsweetened
3 tbsp apple juice, unsweetened
0.5 tbsp walnut oil
(dried fruit, if you want it)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Mix the wet ingredients together in one bowl and the dry in another, then pour the wet into the dry and mix until totally combined. Bake in the oven for about 40 mins, stirring every 10 mins or so.
