This is what I drink instead of the BeachBody recovery drink. The "magic" of the recovery drink is finding something that is 4 grams carbs to every 1 gram of carbohydrate. Ingredients

    8 oz (1 cup) milk
    1 banana
    1 tbsp chocolate milk powder
    2 - 3 ice cubes

Directions

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
