Ingredients

    chef's cupboard stuffing mix - cornbread (dry)
    *93% lean ground beef-Fit & Active (Aldi's)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Catsup, 8 tbsp

Directions

preheat oven to 375. combine in large bowl the dry dressing, ground beef and eggs. once combined form into 12 balls and place in sprayed muffin pan. add catsup dolups to top of each muffin. cook in oven about 35 to 45 minutes
