Ingredients

    * Oats any kind quick or old fashioned, (2 cups dry)
    * Egg white, 1
    * Egg, fresh, 2
    * Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup, packed
    * Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/4 cup
    * Baking Powder, 1 1/2+ tsp
    * Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 cup
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cup
    * Canola Oil, 1/4 cup
    * Salt, 1 1/2 tsp
    * skim milk 1/4 cup
    * Walnuts, 1/4 cup chopped
    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1/4 cup
    * Raisins, 1/4 cup

Directions

mix all ingredients together, will be soupy. add fruits to taste.
Bake in 9x9 pan for 30-40 min.
