This is a Kraft Food web-site recipe that I modified to make healthier. For the bacon I normally use a Low Sodium, No Sugar Added version, but there wasn't information in the calculator for that. Ingredients

new potatoes (1-1/2 lb.)
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Fat Free Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Directions
Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan for 15 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile mix cream cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Drain potatoes, cool slightly. Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each. Place bottom sides down on platter, top with cream cheese mixture, top with bacon and chives.
Serving Size: Makes 15 servings
