Mesquite Marinade:
1 package Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 pounds Pork Chops (Loin)
Mesquite BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/3 cup Honey
2 Tbsp Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade
Directions
Mesquite Marinade:
1. Mix Marinade Mix, water, and oil in a small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade for basting. Place meat in large reseable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes, or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discaard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill, broil, or bake until desired doneness. 5 minutes each side for 20 minutes total each side.
4. Brush BBQ sauce for last 10 minutes of Grilling.

1. Combine 2 tablespoons of reserve marinade with ketchup and honey.
2. Brush sauce on meat for last 10 minutes of cooking
