Ingredients

1 sweet baguette, cubed
4 large eggs
2 C 2% milk
1 lb fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
2/3 C brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
for streusel topping
1C rolled oats
2 tbsp brown sugar
cinnamon
nutmeg
2 tbsp chopped pecans
Directions
preheat oven to 375.
put bread cubes in 13x11 baking dish.
Combine eggs and milk, pour over bread.
Combine strawberries, spices, and 2/3 c brown sugar (can let this mixture sit overnight if desired) fold into bread/egg mixture.
combine streusel ingredients, sprinkle over top of bread mixture.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until pudding is set.
