Ingredients

    3 sheets Keebler reduced fat graham crackers
    1 16 oz can pumpkin
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 0.8 oz package Jello SF/FF vanilla pudding
    2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup mini marshmallows
    1 cup cool whip free

Directions

1. Place 9 of the graham cracker pieces on the bottom of an 8X8 glass baking dish.
2. Combine pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, pudding mix, dry milk powder, water and marshmallows in a pan and heat until marshmallows are melted (stirring constantly).
3. Take off of the heat and let cool completely.
4. Stir cool whip into cooled pumpkin mixture, then spread over the graham crackers.
5. Cool in the refridgerator for at least 2 hours, preferrably overnight.
