Introduction

I made this when I couldn't find prepared egg salad at Trader Joe's. I made this when I couldn't find prepared egg salad at Trader Joe's.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 hard-boiled eggs (I bought pre-boiled and -peeled eggs)
    3 tsp. Trader Joe's Aioli Garlic Mustard
    half a tsp. of paprika
    half a tsp. of dried dill
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop the hard-boiled eggs and put into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, aioli, and spices and mix well. Let chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 half-cup servings
