    1 C Natural PB (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
    3/4 C Splenda
    1 large Egg, Scrambled
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil


mix everything together roll into small balls place on cookie sheet and with a fork that is dipped in splenda press cookies down. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 350. Let cookies mostly cool before removing from sheet or they will crumble.
