Ingredients

    2-1/2 cups flour
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons lemon extract
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    3/4 cup orange juice

    GLAZE:
    1-1/2 cups icing sugar
    1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions

In large bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In small bowl mix together lemon extract, eggs, vegetable oil and orange juice; blend with electric mixer until well mixed.

Add liquid mixture to flour and blend with electric mixer until well blended.

Grease a Bundt pan. Pour cake batter into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

Meanwhile, make glaze by mixing icing sugar and lemon juice together.

Prick top of cake with a fork. Pour half of the glaze over cake. Let stand 10 minutes. Invert cake onto plate and pour remaining glaze over cake.
