Ingredients

2 cans (7oz - small can) Albacore Tuna in water
2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can full of Fat Free Milk (about 1.5 cups)
1 - 16oz package Whole Wheat Wide Egg Noodles
1 cup frozen Green Peas
1 - 1 lb package frozen Broccoli Florets
1/4 cup shredded reduced fat Mexican Blend Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook noodles according to directions, leaving slightly less than done as they will finish cooking in the oven.
In a large casserole dish combine soup and milk until well mixed.
When noodles are done, drain and add to soup/milk mixture. Add in tuna, broccoli and peas. Stir to combine.
Top with cheese and bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
Serving Size: makes 8 - 1.5 cup servings (approx)
