Ingredients

    2 pounds extra lean ground beef
    1 packet Liptons Onion Soup Mix
    1/2 cup Bread Crumbs (seasoned with Italian seasoning to taste)
    1/4 c Skim Milk
    1/4c Whole Wheat Flour
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% FF)
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (98% FF)
    1 can beef broth
    1 T olive oil

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and milk using your hands. Shape into 8 patties.

2. Coat the patties in flour, and quickly brown on both sides in oil. Place browned patties into the slow cooker stacking them alternately like a pyramid. In a medium bowl mix the cream soups, and beef broth. Pour over the meat. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

    Very Good
    I used vegetable stock instead of beef broth and added a cup of minced, fresh mushrooms to the sauce. I'll be making this again, for sure. - 4/2/12
