Ingredients

    *Rainbow Trout (fish), 1 lb
    *Lemon Juice, 2 oz
    *Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 oz
    *Paparika, 1/2 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Spray dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking and place fish skin down in dish. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread evenly over the top of fish. Sprinkle with paparika. Bake 8-10 minutes until fish is flaky with a fork.
