Ingredients

1/4 of a large cantaloupe, cubed
1/2 medium cucumber peeled and diced
2 bottles of S. Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water (I use the original but you can try the lemon or lime varieties.)
Directions
Put cucumber and cantaloupe in blender and puree. Divide between two large glasses and add a bottle of San Pellegrino to each glass. Stir and enjoy on a hot summer day.
You could also try cutting the amount of sparkling water in half and tossing some ice into the blender for a slush version of the drink. For a little more flavor throw in a few strawberries (but don't forget to add them to the calorie count!)
