Introduction
I serve as a main dish with brown rice, since it is a little saucy for a side. It is a sweet version so the kids love it. For a heartier version I sometimes mix in cooked italian sausage or cooked ground pork or cooked chopped poultry. It is pretty high in sodium - have thought about trying tomato paste rather than ketchup but haven't done it yet. I serve as a main dish with brown rice, since it is a little saucy for a side. 2. Mix chiles and all liquid ingredients in small bowl.
