    Chicken Breast 2-4
    Bacon 3 Slices
    75g Pasta per person
    Butter 25g
    Flour 50g
    Cheddar 1 cup
    Milk 1 Cup


Put the pasta on to cook. Then dice the Chicken and Bacon cover with peri-peri sauce and stir fry.

Melt the butter in a pan then whisk in the flour- this will turn to a paste then gradually add the milk stirring all the time. Once this has gone into a smooth roux add the shredded cheese (keep a small amount of cheese back) and continue to whisk.

Layer cooked pasta and meat into an ovenproof dish then cover with the cheese sauce. Sprinkle over the saved cheese then bake in the over for 10- 15 minutes at 190 until golden and bubbling.

Serving Size: Makes 4 but is easy to scale up
