Introduction

Lower Carb version of the original, and just as delicious. Lower Carb version of the original, and just as delicious.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 c buttermilk
    1/2 c biscuit mix
    1/3 c (5 1/3 tablespoons) butter, melted
    1/3 c Sugar-free vanilla syrup (Torani, DaVinci, etc,)
    3 eggs
    1/2 t ground nutmeg (optional)
    Dash of cinnamon (optional)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend for 1 minute with a handheld electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
