Ingredients

    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 9" deep dish
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    *Splenda 2 cup
    Cream of tartar, 2 tsp
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Sugar Twin Granulated Brwon Sugar Equivalent 2 tb divided
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Fat Free Saltines 20 crackers

    topping
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    *Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 1/4 cup
    *Splenda 3tb
    Fiber One Cereal, 1 cup

Directions

mix toppingwith 1T brown sugar till crumbly, set aside

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

In a medium saucepan, boil the water, sugar, and cream of tartar.
Crush 10 crackers and put in pie crust
Add 10 crackers and boil only 1-minute. (The mixture will be soupy, but it will thicken)
Gently spoon it into the pie shell.
Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top
Add crumb topping
Bake for 35 minutes.
Let the pie cool completely so it can "firm up".
