Ingredients

    10 oz 96% Lean Ground Beef
    2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
    1 tsp French's Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
    1.5 TBSP Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup chopped raw scallions
    3 TBSP Hormel - Real Bacon Pieces
    1/4 cup Treasure Cave Reduced Fat Blue Cheese

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, gently combine beef, Montreal seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, chipotle sauce, bacon pieces, and pepper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 350d
In a separate mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, cream cheese, and scallions.
Remove beef mixture from refrigerator and separate into 4 equal portions.
Pat each portion into a thin patty.
Top two of the patties with the cheese mixture, top with other two patties, and pinch the edges togehter to seal.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for 15 more minutes. (Or grill or fry in skillet on medium heat 6-7 minutes per side)
