Ingredients

    1/2 pound cooked, drained and rinsed extra lean ground beef
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 cup cooked barley
    1/4 cup cooked lentils
    1/4 cup cooked wild rice
    4 cups of boiling water
    3 tbsp dry beef boulion granules
    2 cups frozen mived veggies
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 celery stalk thinly sliced
    1/4 cup shredded carrots
    1/4 cup cooked wild rice
    (add more water and boulion if you like a thinner soup as this will be thick)



Directions

Add boulion to boiling water. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 min or until macaroni is tender.
