Introduction

Ingredients

Shortening, 1 cup (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
Brown Sugar, .50 cup, packed (remove)
Great Value All purpose white flour enriched and pre-sifted, 2 cup (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, .50 tsp (remove)
Coconut, raw, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
The coconut can be switched out for chocolate chips, same increditents. Use a teaspoon to drop cookies onto cookie tray.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
My oven cooks them at 325, so change to suit you oven.
Get out all your cookie trays and prepare them.
I mix all the dry stuff first
then mix the wet in a different bowl
mix together
Use a teaspoon and place drops of mixture on tray. About 10 -12 will fit. cooking time is 10-12 mins but I cook them for 10 so cookies are soft. Each tray will take 10-12mins
Cool on a cooling rack
Freeze in freezer bags or containers.
