Introduction

I was a bit worried about how this would turn out and not only do I like it, but my husband is a big fan too! Great snack to take to the office or when in the mood for something crunchy and salty. Wow! If only I had known previously that these were so good and so easy to make! Yummy! I used spray olive oil, a bit of salt and pepper, and just the lightest sprinkling of freshly grated parmesan cheese. I also lined my baking sheets with parchment paper. Oh, just wonderful! - 11/15/12

My husband laughed when I told him I was making Kale Chips. Then after baking the chips of course didn't look anything like potato chips. Each of us cautiously took a bite - then finished all of them! OMG are they good! Thanks for this recipe. - 8/29/11
