Introduction
I was a bit worried about how this would turn out and not only do I like it, but my husband is a big fan too! Great snack to take to the office or when in the mood for something crunchy and salty. Ingredients

1 bunch of kale
Salt to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Be sure to rinse and dry kale.
Remove leaves from stems and center ribs.
In a large bowl, toss with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to
taste.
On a large baking sheet, arrange leaves in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp.
Place baking sheet on a rack to cool.
(If you have a small oven like me, you'll probably have to do this twice)
