Wow! If only I had known previously that these were so good and so easy to make! Yummy! I used spray olive oil, a bit of salt and pepper, and just the lightest sprinkling of freshly grated parmesan cheese. I also lined my baking sheets with parchment paper. Oh, just wonderful!
