Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I do make this fairly frequently but without the pasta. The calories seem a little high but with the pasta out of the picture, it's reasonable.
sounds wonderful! I agree that it seems high in calories. I'm going to make the pasta anyways for my son & mine will be served with a salad. I need to get some calories into him!
I have never rated a recipe before, but this one is pretty high in calories. Now reading that all the recipes on this site don't have to be healthly kinda just turned me off. I thought this was all about being healthly. Counting calories is working best for me.
Anybody know who make fat free Caesar dressing?
This sounds good but I agree with several comments made about the hi calorie & fat count - to cut down on it I will cook chicken on grill and not have to use oil and serve it on salad or bed of spinach & brown rice or salad, Thanks for the idea tho because chicken is our main protein in our house
The chicken was delicious. Used boneless skinless thighs and came up with a calorie count of 133.4 per piece with 5.2 fat grams, 4.3 carbs, and 17 grams protein. Served on a bed of lettuce with plum tomato, red, onion, and lowfat parmesan peppercorn dressing made for a delicious low cal meal.
very high cal... don't you think? I find sparks recipes tasty but not low in calories. does anyone else agree or is it just me?
Sounds good. I think I would pass on the pasta and serve over a bed of spinach with a side salad to cut the calorie. I'm going to give it a try.
Great and tasty. I added a little Can't believe it's not butter spray and some garlic salt to thge pasta to give it some flavor.
I will make it Saturday. To reduce Calories, I might serve it over a bed of green salad, instead of the paasta.
This sounds scrumptous and I will definitely try this. The calories actually aren't high depending on the person's nutrition and workout plasns. For instance Spark's for my dinner have me on a 500 - 600 calorie plan on certain days. Don't let the calories scare you. In order to lose u have 2 eat!
It sounds wonderful but I'm just a LITTLE leary of the high calories and fat in this receipe.
This sounds delicious, but in my life not worth the calories. I would make it using no oil and substitute a great big (really-really big), bowl of mixed salad greens w/mushrooms & tomatoes for the pasta. This would cut hundreds of calories off and still be filling. I put EVERYTHING on a green salad!
