I use cajun or creole seasoning for a little more flavor and spice! I've also made an italian version with rosemary and parmessan(more calories). These potatoes go with everything, beef, poultry, pork and seafood.
My husband and I really liked these. I didn't have kosher salt so just used regular salt. Even my picky 3 year old liked these allot! I made them two weeks ago and am making them again tonight to go with our grilled steaks.
Tasty, low fat, low sodium. Enjoyed very much. Will be making this againand again and again.....
