Way too salty, didn't care for the packaged bbq named in ingredients at all. We threw it away. Also ingredients listed in calories by ingredient list Lloyd's CHICKEN, not pork as the recipe is named.
In Memphis, this is known as an "Idaho Pig." I used to get this all the time. Once in a while would be okay, but potatoes digest a little too fast for me to eat them often. Like other starches, they'll make your blood sugar spike.
Glad to finally have calorie estimates for this. It's one of my favorite meals with bbq
This is a common way to have bbq in the South where I'm from originally. There are several bbq restaurants that served bbq stuffed potatoes. I wish they used the lowfat sour cream and cheese!
