    93/7 Ground White Turkey meat 20 oz
    2 14.5 oz cans, organic diced tomatoes. no sugar
    1 cup water
    5 tsp minced garlic
    5 tsp minced onion
    3 tsp oregano
    3 tsp cumin
    3 tsp basil
    3 tsp thyme
    2 tsp cayanne (or to your heat preference)
    salt to taste


Cook turkey with garlic and onion until turkey is done, adding a little water to keep from sticking. I puree the tomatoes in a blender because I dont like chunks of tomatoes.
In large pot combine all ingredients and bring to boil on med heat. Allow to boil down until desired consistency for chili.
I seperate into 5 equal servings and freeze 3 for later use.

(1 protein, 1 vegetable)

Serving Size: 5 servings, 1 1/4 cup depending on how much water is reduced
