Ingredients

    1/2 cup of pinto beans
    3 cups wather
    1/3 onion
    100 grms chorizo
    1 tbsp corn oil

Directions

rinse pinto beans and boil them with salt onion, they are cooked, about 2 or 3 hrs later

In a pan pour oil and heat it, fry lightly half clove of garlic and pour pinto beans on it, stir pinto beans for 15 min and smash them, add 1/3 cup of milk and mix them, seve and enjoy

    Very Good
    I boil the garlic with the beans, so no extra oil. This way the first way I got my bean-not-liking husband to eat them. Now he won't eat tostadas any other way. - 5/28/10
