Ingredients

    * Jasmine rice, cooked, 2 cups (one cup raw)

    * Atlantic Salmon (fish), 1 fillet
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

    * Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    * Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
    * Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, diced
    * 1/2 cup Parmesan
    * Broccoli, cooked, 1.5 cup, chopped
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole
    * Garlic, 2 clove



Directions

cook one cup of rice, creating two cups of cooked rice.
dice and pan fry salmon in olive oil
dice and steam broccoli
add rice to a large pan, add milk and butter, stir over heat until butter is melted and everything is hot enough to melt the cheeses, add cheeses.
Add broccoili and diced tomato, mix together, add salmon and garlic, continue to stir over heat until everything is incorporated and garlic cooked to preference.
Best when refrigerated over night, as it lets the garlic infuse the dish better.
