    2 cups egg beaters
    2 large brown eggs
    1 cup 2% mexican cheese
    1/2 green bell pepper
    6 Applegate farms Chicken and Apple sausages
    Sea Salt and Garlic Powder to taste


Mix the choppen green pepper, eggs, egg beaters, cheese and a pinch of garlic powder and sea salt. Chop chicken sausage and add evenly into bottom of each muffin tin. ( I use plastic muffin tins-less waste!)
Then evenly pour the egg mizture into each cup and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 Muffins
