Ingredients

400g fillet steak diced
1 slices pork belly
1 tbsp of peanut oil
2 medium onions chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 fresh hot chilli peppers chopped
2 tbsps of cumin seeds ground
1 tbsp of Unripe's Own Chilli Powder
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
˝ teaspoon of hot paprika
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp of tomato puree
150ml beef stock
1 tsp of soft brown sugar
Generous pinch of salt
Bay leaf
˝ tsp of oregano
1 tin of red kidney beans
Tips
Add any veg you fancy (such as romano pepper or chopped carrot) at the same time as adding the fresh chilli pepper.
Directions
Brown all the meat and remove from the pan to a bowl with a slotted spoon. Fry the onions and garlic for a few minutes until tender. Add the chilli pepper and fry for another minute. Add the spices and fry for a few seconds then add the meat and any juices that accumulated in the bowl. Stir. Add the tomato, stock, sugar, salt and herbs. Reduce heat and simmer for half an hour or so (at least). Add the kidney beans and simmer for a further half an hour or so. Eat.
