Oh my! So delicious! This is our favorite new recipe! Delicious! I use the Betty Crocker Bake N Fill pan, but I'm sure you could make 2 layers instead. Oh my! So delicious! Ingredients

    1 box chocolate or devil's food cake mix
    4 egg whites
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup unsweet applesauce
    1 box Betty Crocker Fluffy White fat free frosting
    1 can sugar free cherry pie filling

Directions

Mix cake mix, egg whites, water and applesauce on low speed for 30 minutes, then medium-high speed for 2 minutes. In bake n' fill bundt pan (or use a flan pan and half recipe), spray with non-stick spray and pour all but 1 cup of batter. Cook at 325 for 34-38 minutes. Cool completely. Place 1 cupof leftover batter in the botom pan and cook at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool. In mall glass bowl, mix frosting mix according to package directions. Fill hollow in cake with frosting. Top with the bottom cake layer and place cake right side up on cake dish/platter. Cover with leftover frosting and spoonfuls of cherry filling.
