Ingredients

    Beef chuck, 16 oz
    Barley, pearled, raw, 0.25 cup
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup
    Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Cabbage, fresh, 0.75 cup, chopped
    mushrooms, 1 cup
    garlic, crushed, 2 cloves
    oregano, 1tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Salt, 0.75 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp

Directions

-combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
-cover and cook on low for 6-8hrs or high for 3-4hrs
