Ingredients

    1 Flat Out Light Wrap
    1/4 cup Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus or Roasted Garlic Hummus
    1/2 medium tomato, sliced or chopped
    2 tablespoons Plain Fat Free Greek Strained Yogurt
    1 cup lettuce, chopped (or sprouts)
    3 thin onion slices
    1/2 cup diced cucumber

Directions

Spread hummus on wrap and add remaining ingredients and roll up in wrap. Add reduced fat crumbled feta if you are feeling adventurous!
