Introduction

Great for on the go or chopped up in oatmeal, cereal,yogurt etc! Great for on the go or chopped up in oatmeal, cereal,yogurt etc!

Ingredients

    1 Cup dates
    1/3+ cup almonds
    1/3 c walnuts
    1/4 c dried apples
    cinnamon to taste
    orange juice .5oz (just to wet)
    1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

put dates nuts and raisins into the food processor and blend together. Add the cinnamon and a drop of OJ to help blend together. Flatten out the "ball" of ingredients on table and cut into 5 bars. Wrap in Saran Wrap and put into the fridge. Great chopped up in oatmeal, topping for yogurt, or for a grab and go snack or meal!

Serving Size: makes 5 to 6 bars.
