Ingredients

    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon grainy mustard
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    Salt and freshly cracked pepper

Directions

Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
