Ingredients

    3/4 c uncooked millet
    3 cups lowfat milk
    1/2 c honey
    3/4 c unsweetened flaked coconut
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

scald milk in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, then transfer to square casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
