If you're craving a chocolate milkshake, give this a whirl. In a sinch, you can have a lighter, more flavorful approach with more than half the calories! Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened (do not thaw)
1 cup plain, low fat, yogurt (regular or Greek)
1 tbsp agave nectar (i used amaretto)
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup 2% milk (optional)
Directions
In small bowl, combine agave nectar (honey is a good substitute), yogurt & cocoa powder. Mix.
Blend ingredients with frozen strawberries, or any other berry of your choice. I used milk to help it blend better. Add more milk for a thinner consistency.
Serve & enjoy! :)
