    Chicken Thigh, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Chicken Drumstick, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Salt, 2 dash
    Pepper, black, 2 dash


lay chicken skin side down in bottom of broiler pan (if cooking skinless meatest side down and you will need to add oil to compensate for no skin)
sprinkle with Salt and Pepper to taste on side facing up
cook 20 minutes on broiler setting (will need to cook longer if chicken is not completely thawed)
flip chicken
sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste on skin side
cook for additional 20 minutes on broiler setting

serve with rice and vegetables

you can add a little cinnamon and garlic powder for extra flavoring if desired but I rarely do this and my family loves it every time
