Ingredients

    4 cups strawberries, sliced
    2 T. cornstarch
    1 1/2 cups cold water
    1 pkg.(3 oz.) sugar free strawberring gelatin
    3 T. Splenda
    1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust

Directions

Slice strawberries and set aside. In large saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

Remove from heat; stir in Jello and Splenda until dissolved. Let cool. Stir in strawberries. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Garnish with whipping cream if desired.
