Ingredients

9 slices bread, cubed
9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
salt and pepper
l and 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
l and 1/2 pound Jimmy Dean sausage, browned, drained, and cooled
Directions
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cheese. Fold sausage and bread into egg mixture. Pour into heavily greased 13X9 pan. Refrigerate overnight covered. Bake at 350 uncovered 1 hour or at 325 for 1 and 1/4 hours. Let set 5 minutes or so before serving.
